Integrated quantum photonics is the interdisciplinary research of quantum physics, information science and materials science, etc. It can integrate the quantum photonic source, quantum logic gates and quantum detection on a single chip, thus being the most attractive platform for large scale optical quantum information processes. The fast development of the quantum computation and quantum simulation requires large quantum bit number and numerous quantum devices on a single chip. Our group focus on the investigation of quantum photonic sources based on nanostructures, integrated quantum logic gates with silicon、LiNbO3 and three-dimensional glass chips, and also their applications in quantum communications, quantum computations and quantum metrology.
