My research centers on cultural heritage conservation. My core work covers two main branches: the craft of traditional Chinese painting and calligraphy mounting & restoration, and scientific characterization testing of handmade historic papers.

I deliver the graduate specialized course Traditional Mounting and Restoration Techniques for Paintings and Calligraphy. I also hold a professional vocational qualification certificate in cultural heritage restoration, with a specialty in painting and calligraphy mounting.
