曾凡平，男，博士，副教授，ACM会员，中国计算机学会(CCF)高级会员。
自2001起，面向国家高科技方面的重大需求，主要从事智能物联网、网络与系统安全等方面的研究工作。作为课题负责人或主要技术骨干，参加并完成了10余项包括国家自然科学基金、国家863计划和国家科技部重点专项在内的国家级科研项目。
近期主要研究智能物联网的云边端资源协同优化，物联网安全分析、测试与评估。
