陈发来，安徽省太湖县人。1982年进入中国科技大学数学系学习。分别于1987年、1989年、1994年获计算数学专业学士、硕士、博士学位。 1995年任副教授，1998年晋升教授，1999年受聘博士生导师岗位。从1994年起分别到美国杨伯翰大学、美国Rice大学、香港科技大学、香港大学、 新加坡国立大学、奥地利林茨大学等访问。现为中国科学技术大学数学系教授、博士生导师，中国工业应用数学学会几何设计与计算专委会主任 ，安徽省数学会秘书...
