团队介绍:本科研团队建立于2021年9月,目前已有特任研究员1人,特任副研究员1人,博士后2人,在读博士研究生6人(非全日制1人),在读硕士研究生12人,大四保研生2人,本科生1人(开展毕设),科研助理4人。专注高精尖化学品的纳米催化和生物催化合成。

团队成员介绍:
李传奇博士主要从事化学/生物医学交叉领域的研究工作,集中在:1)在纳米生物医药方面,针对阿尔兹海默症治疗的医学难点,开发了具有在特定发病位置进行光激活实现治疗的纳米诊疗平台,成功实现了对病兆的特异性治疗;针对肿瘤化疗药物副作用的痛点问题,开发了具有高负载效率的纳米药物平台,实现了对多种抗肿瘤药物高效安全负载。2)在有机功能纳米材料方面,基于超分子原理,开发了一系列能够有效控制组装体结构的分子,并成功用于功能化交联组装体的构筑;进一步,通过模拟天然光捕获体系(Light Harvesting System,LHS)的构筑,设计负载聚集诱导发光分子的交联囊泡,实现了高效人工LHS 的构建,该成果不仅对仿生光捕获的研究有帮助,而且在可调颜色发光、生物示踪成像以及智能传感等领域也有着良好应用前景;为更好的落实产业化前景,成功构筑了简单的荧光分子聚集体实现高效的光捕获体系。3)在生物检测方面,研究重点集中于开发基于新型纳米材料的先进生物传感技术,实现对复杂样品和细胞中生物标志物的高灵敏度和特异性检测。迄今共发表sci 收录论文14 篇,其中以第一作者发表AngewandteChemie International Edition,Advanced Functional Materials, Bioactive Materials 等相关领域权威杂志,入选德国应用化学封面论文并被四川大学发文报道。担任中国化学会会员,作为研究骨干参加多项国家自然科学基金/香港科学基金,作为主要发明人获授权及转让发明专利1 项。
