高威，籍贯安徽泗县，中国科学技术大学副研究员，入选中国科协青年人才托举工程。

从事城市与森林火灾防控、火灾燃烧理论、燃烧流场测量、湍流浮力火焰等方面的研究。

主持国家重点研发计划课题、中国科学院战略性先导科技专项课题、国家自然科学基金面上项目/青年科学基金项目等国家级科研项目。

获得国际燃烧学会杰出论文奖（国内火灾领域首次获奖）、 亚澳火灾科学技术大会最佳学生论文奖等学术奖励。
