1999年毕业于山东大学获微生物学学士学位。2005年毕业于中国科学院上海生物化学与细胞生物学研究所，获细胞生物学博士学位。随后在美国伦斯勒理工大学从事博士后研究。2011年获得美国纽约州州立大学流行病与生物统计学院的生物统计硕士学位。2011-2013年在美国Wells Fargo & Co. 任数据分析师。2013年任中国科学技术大学生命科学学院特任副研究员，2021年任中国科学技术大学附属第一医院（安徽省立医院）副研究员。研究成果发表于Nature Metabolism，Cancer Research，Nature Communications，Cell Research，Cell Discovery等期刊。
