黄加顺  (特任研究员)

     基本情况：

     黄加顺（Jiashun Huang），男，汉族，中共党员，现为中国科学技术大学特任研究员、博士生导师。

     牛津大学博士，现于中国科学技术大学公共事务学院从事教学和研究工作，兼任哈佛大学法学院高级研究员（Senior Research Associate）。现为中国科学技术大学知识产权研究院副院长，同时，为合肥产投集团党委委员、副总经理（挂职）。在加入中国科大前，黄加顺曾在国内外一流高校、研究院所、政府机关等研究和学习工作，包括牛津大学、剑桥大学、哈佛大学、香港科技大学、四川大学、北京大学、国务院发展研究中心、美国国家经济研究局、地方政府等。

     曾在哈佛大学法学院进行研究工作，曾为欧盟玛丽居里学者。博士毕业于牛津大学马丁学院新经济思维研究所、牛津大学环境变化研究所、圣安东尼学院。硕士毕业于剑桥大学土地经济系、塞尔文学院。本科毕业于四川大学商学院。

曾为中国政府优秀留学奖学金“特别优秀奖”--全球十大“特等奖”获得者，牛津大学太古学者，牛津大学博士全额奖学金太古奖学金获得者，并曾为中国国家南极科考队队员。

     研究方向与学术成果：

     公共管理与经济政策、创新与科技管理、环境与经济管理、科技与法律等，主要以自然实验设计、因果推断研究方法为主。

     先后发表学术论文数十篇，其中以第一作者/通讯作者发表SSCI、SCI检索论文近20篇，并为30余家一流SSCI、SCI国际期刊审稿人。

     教学工作：

     主讲课程《Social Governance & Analysis》（全英文课程，研究生）、《社会科学研究方法》（研究生）、《社会治理》（研究生）、《知识产权法》（研究生）等。

     指导博士生、公共管理学术硕士、MPA研究生、法律硕士等，同时指导国际学生。
