个人简介Personal Profile

李林,中国科学技术大学合肥微尺度物质科学国家研究中心副研究员,博士生导师。主要从事量子材料物理与器件研究,包括低维体系量子输运性质,以及基于固态体系量子效应的量子计量芯片研发。在Nature,Nature Phys.(2),Nature Commun.(2)PNAS,Phys. Rev. Lett.,Nano Lett.(2)等期刊发表第一/通讯作者(含共同)论文20篇,单篇论文最高被引超3000次。作为负责人承担中科院稳定支持基础研究领域青年团队计划、基金委面上、安徽省杰青,中国科大仲英青年学者等项目。

代表性成果包括:

1)首次在二维材料体系中发现本征的铁磁性,并阐明了其稳定存在的微观机制,为磁性物理及自旋电子学器件等研究开辟了新的方向,引发了关于二维磁性材料、物理与器件的持续研究热潮(Nature 2017);

2)实验理论结合发现外尔半导体这一类兼具新奇外尔物性和半导体开关特性的新型拓扑材料,为突破现有拓扑半金属体系局限,设计实现基于拓扑量子物态的器件应用提供了理想材料选择(PNAS 2020)

3)利用界面应力工程在低维关联氧化物中实现了电子相的摩尔条纹, 首次将摩尔调控的概念拓展到非层状材料体系,为在关联电子体系中设计实现新颖磁电输运性质提供了全新思路(Nature Phys. 2020)

4)在二维导体和二维超导体组成的电双层结构中发现巨幅超流拖拽效应,成功揭示了宏观量子涨落对于准粒子相互作用的显著调制,表明电双层体系在设计实现新奇耦合量子效应方面的独特优势(Nature Phys. 2023)。
