Profile
Songde Liu received the B.S. degree in measurement and control technology and instrument and the Ph.D. degree in instrument science and technology from University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), Hefei, China, in 2014 and 2020, respectively. He is currently an Associate Research Fellow (co-advisor: Prof. Chao Tian) with the School of Engineering Science at USTC. From 2020 to 2021, he worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in photoacoustic and ultrasound imaging with the School of Engineering Science at USTC. From 2021 to 2023, he worked as a Senior Engineer at Shanghai Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. His research interests focus on photoacoustic computed tomography (PACT), conventional ultrasound imaging, ultrasound computed tomography (USCT), acoustic metamaterial, and their biomedical applications.
