个人简介

1982年6月获安徽大学理学学士学位，1985年7月及1989年1月分别获中国科学院固体物理研究所理学硕士和博士学位。曾先后在日本东京大学（日本学术振兴会研究员）、台湾省清华大学、香港理工大学、香港大学、日本东京工业大学从事科学研究工作。1993年被聘为中国科学技术大学教授。
