Radio-Frequency Bioelectronics Group
Our research group primarily focuses on radio frequency (RF) microelectronic devices, including RF circuits, RF chips, and microwave metamaterials. Unlike mainstream RF device design approaches, we are more interested in leveraging cutting-edge physical concepts to guide the design of RF devices, aiming to address key challenges in practical biomedical applications such as wearable diagnostics and healthcare.
Principal Investigator:
Zhipeng Li, professor in School of Microelectronics, University of Science and Technology of China. He received his Ph.D from National University of Singapore. His resarch has been published as first/corresponding authors in prestigious journals such as Nature Electronics, Nature Nanotechnology, Nature Photonics, Science Robotics, Science Advances, Physical Review Letters, Research, Photonics Research, etc. His research work have been featured by media outlets including Reuters, Physics, and NUS News.
He was awarded the 2021 Chinese Government Award for Outstanding Self-financed Students Abroad. He has served as TPC Co-Chair for two international academic conferences and has received one Best Paper Award and two Excellent Awards at IEEE international conferences.
