Dr. Lu Song obtained his Ph.D. from the University of Science and Technology of China. He is a senior engineer of the University of Science and Technology of China, a member of the Aircraft Fire Protection Committee of the Chinese Aeronautical Society and a member of the Youth Working Committee of the Aviation Electromechanical, Human and Environmental Engineering Branch of the Chinese Aeronautical Society. He mainly studies the concentration testing technology of aircraft fire extinguishing agent, new high boiling point gas fire extinguishing agent and aviation ultrafine dry powder fire extinguishing agent, and simulation of aircraft fire and fire extinguishing system. He is the leader of scientific research projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National Key R&D Program Project, and the Civil Aircraft Scientific Research Special Project. He has published 33 SCI/EI papers as the first author and correspondent, and has been granted 35 patents. He also published the first book devoted to aircraft fire protection.
