马骏，中国科学技术大学核科学技术学院特任教授，博士生导师，国家人才计划青年项目入选者、日本学术振兴学会学者、江苏省“双创人才”计划入选者、南京市留学人员择优创新人才。现任 中国同位素与辐射行业协会委员、辐射研究与辐射工艺学报副主编、意大利费米科学中心客座研究员、 法国大科学装置项目评审人、 Radiation Research、 Radiation Physics and Chemistry 两个辐射类 SCI 期刊客座编辑。
