I am working as a Post-doctorate fellow in the school of Management, University of Science and Technology of China (USTC). I have done my Ph.D. from the School of Management, University of Science and Technology of China (USTC). I also served as a visiting lecturer in the Department of Management Sciences, Faculty of Management Sciences, The Islamia University of Bahawalpur. During my Ph.D., my principal research interests lie in the field of HRM and information system management, specifically the dark side of information technology and negative outcomes. This research stream encompasses overuse of social networking sites (SNSs), and social, psychological, and personal consequences attributed to the use of SNSs, thereby performance. My specializations are in Human Resource Management, Management, and Organization Behavior subjects and are my core areas of teaching/research interest. Currently, I am working on Humane Resource and Organizational behavior research projects which are specifically related to employees envy, and incivility behavioral issues among the employee. I also have had excellent opportunities to teach a variety of courses to the classes of undergraduate and master in different universities of Pakistan and abroad.
