Profile
Zhaoqiang Song, Research Professor in the Department of Modern Mechanics at the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC). His research focus on constitutive modeling and fracture of soft matter; constitutive modeling and fracture mechanics of nonequilibrium multiphysics systems; fracture mechanics of heterogeneous structures; constitutive modeling of intelligent materials; corrosion and degradation of polymer materials; and biomechanics.
In recent years, he has published 30 SCI-indexed papers. As first author or corresponding author, he has published 15 papers in journals such as PNAS, Nature Communications, JMPS, Advanced Materials, ACS Macro Letters, and Macromolecules. He also serves as a member of the Fatigue and Fracture Working Group of the Chinese Society of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics.
