Wang Song is currently an associate professor at the State Key Laboratory of Precision and Intelligent Chemistry, University of Science and Technology of China. I primarily conduct research combining theoretical computational chemistry and artificial intelligence. In recent years, I have proposed a series of chemically distinctive descriptors, such as spatial structure descriptors, dipole coupling descriptors, and spectroscopic descriptors, which have driven research on the machine chemist platform and enabled efficient prediction, screening, and design of materials. I have published over 50 papers in top-tier international academic journals, including Nat. Catal., JACS, Angew, and PNAS. I have presided over the National Natural Science Foundation of China Youth Science Fund Project and participated as a key member in the National Major Scientific Instrument Development Project.
