Profile

I was born in Huaian City, Jiangsu Province. I received my Ph.D. degree from Zhejiang University in 2018, supervised by Prof. Jianren Fan. Awarded by the Alexander von Humboldt Research Fellowship, I worked with Prof. Christian Hasse (Fellow of the Combustion Institute) and Prof. Andreas Dreizler (Leibniz Prize winner) at TU Darmstadt between September 2018 to August 2021. My main research topic at TU Darmstadt is the numerical model developement for solid fuel combustion and hydrogen-enriched flames, making use of the rich experience in numerical model developement at Simulation of reactive Thermo-Fluid Systems (STFS) led by Prof. Hasse and the advanced diagnostic tools from (Reactive Flows and Diagnostics) RSM led by Prof. Dreizler. Starting from September 2021, I worked with Prof. Alessandro Parente (Chair of the Belgium Section of the Combustion Institue) at Aero-Thermo-Mechanics (ATM) of Université libre de Bruxelles and Prof. Heinz Pitsch (Chair of the German Section of the Combustion Institue) at Institute for Combustion Technology (ITV) of RWTH Aachen University as a Marie Sklodowska-Curie Research Fellow. The reseach topic of the Marie Curie project is direct numerical simulation of intrinically unstable premixed hydrogen flames, and the development of flamelet model for predicition of pollutant formation. In September 2023, I joined the State Key Laboratory of Fire Science (SKLFS) at University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) as an Associate Professor.

My full publication list can be found in: Google Scholar, ORCID, ResearcherID and Scopus.
