姚东宝,中国科大化学与材料科学学院副教授,硕士生导师。1989年生,山东费县人。2012年6月毕业于济南大学高分子材料与工程专业,获工学学士学位;2017年11月毕业于中国科大高分子科学与工程系,获理学博士学位(导师:梁好均 教授);2016年9月至2017年9月,受国家留学基金委资助于美国得州大学奥斯汀分校分子生物科学系进行联合培养(导师:Andrew D. Ellington 教授)。博士毕业后留校从事博士后研究工作(合作导师:梁好均 教授);2020年8月加入中国科大化学与材料科学学院高分子科学与工程系,任特任副研究员;2025年4月至今,任中国科大化学与材料科学学院化学系副教授。
研究方向:
研究方向为核酸组装与分子器件。通过理性化设计精准、可编程性核酸自组装反应网络,推动其在纳米粒子超晶格组装材料、DNA逻辑运算、pH响应性功能核酸器件、核酸比色检测、核酸自组装网络介导的CRISPR/dCas9基因转录调控等方面的发展及相关应用。
科研概况:
近年来,发表 SCI 论文 40 余篇,其中以第一/通讯作者(含共同)身份在Nat. Rev. Methods Primers、PNAS(2篇)、JACS(3篇)、Angew. Chem.、ACS Nano(2篇)、Nano Lett.、Sci. China Chem.等重要学术期刊发表论文20余篇。曾获2017年度中国科学院院长优秀奖;入选2018年度博士后创新人才支持计划,项目成果“DNA分子机器调控胶体结晶自组装”获评2020年度博士后创新人才支持计划优秀创新成果;获中国科大“墨子杰出青年特资津贴”一等资助。主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金和面上项目、中国科大青年创新重点基金、博士后科学基金面上项目等科研项目。
