过去成就:
• 设计并制备GaAs门控双量子点,并在该体系上研究了声子引入的相干现象
• 使用Si-MOS商业晶圆制备成可应用于量子技术的霍尔棒和量子点器件,通过参数优化得到了1.5 m2/(V⋅s)的电子迁移率
• 在Ge 棚顶型纳米线量子点体系中实现了空穴自旋量子比特的操控,得到了超快的操控速度
