Research Interest:

Vahid Mosallanejad's research lies in the theory of quantum transport in low-dimensional semiconductors, including implementing the non-equilibrium green’s function (NEGF) algorithm for open systems and the Self-Consistent mean-field approach. He also works on quantum transport theory in quantum dots, with particular attention to the charge-quantization.
