Some
History of SM:
Séminaire MathJeunes was founded by Shun Tang and Yongqi Liang
in September 2008 when the two organizers began to prepare their PhD
thesis in Orsay, France. The name, inspired by the association Héberjeunes
at Orsay, was given by Shun, but Yongqi called it SM for short.
During the following 10 years, SM held more than 200 talks on
algebraic geometry, number theory, arithmetic and related topics. We
are pleased that SM arrives at its 10th anniversary.
