I am currently an Assistant Professor at the School of Public Affairs, University of Science and Technology of China (USTC). I completed my PhD in Statistics (Financial Engineering) from USTC in Spring 2021, where I was co-advised by Prof. Wuyi Ye, Prof. Yaohua Wu and Prof. Yingda Song (SJTU). Prior to that, I graduated from the Sichuan University with a BS in Pharmaceutical Engineering and a minor in Financial Engineering. My research interests are centered on decision-making under uncertainty, with a particular emphasis on its applications in finance, operations, and the public sector.
