个人简介Personal Profile

陈涛,中国科学技术大学教授、博士生导师,英国皇家化学会会士(FRSC),入选国家级青年人才(2015)

研究方向:锑基太阳能电池材料及器件、宽带隙顶电池材料,包括材料制备方法、半导体缺陷研究、高效率器件制备等。

主要成果:发展了水热沉积法制备硒硫化锑薄膜并将其应用到太阳能电池中,实现了该类太阳能电池光电转换效率10%的突破,相关结果被Emerging Inorganic Solar Cell Efficiency Table, 荷兰原子和分子物理学研究所(AMOLF)的S-Q Charts太阳能电池最高效率纪录表收录;受邀在Nature Research Device & Materials Engineering Community撰写“Behind the Paper”特别介绍,部分工作被Nature Energy news & views、MaterialsViewsChina、科技日报、人民网、China Daily等做亮点报道。

承担项目:近五年来主持国家重点研发计划课题、国家自然科学基金委重点支持项目等;作为骨干成员或中方负责人获香港研究资助局、澳大利亚澳大利亚可再生能源署及瑞典Formas research council的项目资助。

学术会议:在本专业领域国际、国内学术会议做主旨报告、邀请报告50余次。
