吕凌峰，理学博士，中国科学技术大学科技哲学专业博士生导师；曾任德国埃尔兰根-纽伦堡大学IKGF项目客座教授（德国国家教育部项目资助）、德国洪堡基金会研究员、德国海德堡大学客座教授，英国剑桥李约瑟研究所 A. Mellon 研究员，六年欧洲大学执教经历。曾获德国国家学术交流基金会（DAAD）奖学金、中国科学院院长奖，安徽省自然科学优秀论文一等奖、安徽省人文社会科学优秀论文二等奖等奖项。

主持国家社科基金、国家自然科学基金、中国国家科协、教育部、国家外专局等十余项国家部委项目，发表论文五十余篇，出版数部著作。

主讲课程：科学思想史、科技哲学、工程伦理、科学社会学、西方文明史、中西文化交流史等课程。

研究方向：科学史与科学哲学、科技政策与科学社会学、科技伦理、中西文化交流与比较等。

Research Fields:  Sociology of Science, History of Science and Philosophy of Science, Science and Technology Ethics, Cultural Exchange and Comparison between China and the West  

Doctoral supervisor in Philosophy of Science and Technology at the University of Science and Technology of China; He was the visiting professor of the IKGF program at the University of Erlangen Nuremberg, Humboldt  Research Fellow in Germany, visiting professor at the University of Heidelberg in Germany, and Mellon Research Fellow at the Needham Institute in Cambridge, UK. He has six years of teaching experience at European universities. 

Teaching: History of Scientific Thought, Philosophy of Science and Technology, Engineering Ethics, Sociology of Science, History of Western Civilization, and History of Cultural Exchange between China and the West.
