Profile

I am currently an assistant professor at the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC).
I received my PhD in Management Science from USTC, under the supervision of Prof. Yugang Yu.
I am a visiting assistant professor at Rotman, working with Prof. Ming Hu, from Nov. 2025 to Dec. 2026.
I was a postdoctoral fellow at Rotman, advised by Prof. Ming Hu, from Oct. 2022 to Oct. 2023.

I was a visiting PhD student at Rotman, advised by Prof. Ming Hu from Mar. 2018 to May 2019.
My current research focuses on AI-enabled service operations, social operations management, and choice-based pricing and assortment.
