个人简介
I am currently an Assistant Professor at the School of Public Affairs, University of Science and Technology of China (USTC).
I worked as a postdoctoral fellow under the guidance of Prof. Ming Hu at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, from Oct. 2022 to Oct. 2023.
I received my PhD in Management Science from the School of Management at USTC, where I was enrolled from Sep. 2016 to July 2020.
My research interests lie in social operations management, revenue management and pricing, and the interface of operations management and marketing.
I have co-supervised some students, including PhD candidates from the School of Management and an undergraduate from the School of the Gifted Young at USTC.
In teaching, I am responsible for courses including Game Theory, Academic Norms and Thesis Writing, and Public Administration Case Writing and Analysis.
I am a committee member of the Youth Work Committee under the Chinese Society of Optimization, Overall Planning, and Economical Mathematics.
I was invited to serve as the group leader for the exchange meeting of the
"2025 NSFC Management Science and Engineering Young Scientists Fund Program".
I serve as a reviewer for several journals, including EJOR, Omega, TRE, IEEE TEM, IJPR, IJPE, JORS, and MDE.
