Ag(Sb,Bi)(S,Se)₂ possesses tuanble bandgap, abundant element storage and excellent stability, which is promising for solar cell applications. This project focuses on the film fabrication, investigation on the basic properties such as the point defect and carrier dynamics. The final goal is to design suitable device structures for high efficiency solar energy conversion.
