Dayou Yang is a theoretical quantum physicist based in Shanghai and Hefei, where he leads a theory group working at the intersection of quantum optics, quantum information and many-body physics, and holds a assistant professorship at HFNL/USTC. Prior to that, he earned his B.S. and M.S. from Tsinghua University, and his Ph.D. from University of Innsbruck under the supervision of Peter Zoller. He completed his postdoc training in the group of Martin Plenio at Ulm University.
