个人简介

沈大伟,教授、博导。男,1980年11月出生,江苏徐州人。于2003年毕业于复旦大学物理系获理学学士学位;并于2008年6月在复旦大学物理系获理学博士学位。2008.12 ~ 2010.12在美国康奈尔大学物理系从事博士后研究工作;2011.1被中国科学院上海微系统与信息技术研究所特别引进,历任副研究员(2011.1 ~ 2015.12)、研究员(2016.1 ~ 2022.12)并担任纳米材料与器件实验室副主任(2022.1 ~2022.12)。目前任中国科学技术大学国家同步辐射实验室教授2023.1 ~ 至今)。

长期从事同步辐射超高分辨角分辨光电子能谱(ARPES)技术发展及其应用研究,聚焦新奇量子态的精密探测与操控等关键科学问题。研制成功国际首条集成同步辐射、深紫外激光等先进光源及分子束外延生长的原位ARPES束线站,关键指标如能量分辨率等国际领先,科学产出自2021连续三年居于国际同类线站首位,并据此实现对系列重要量子材料的超高分辨原位ARPES探测和关键物性微观机理理解。发表SCI论文140 余篇,受邀撰写英文专著2章。其中以第一/通讯作者身份发表论文60 余篇,包括Phys. Rev. Lett. (10篇)、Nat. Commun. (3篇)、Advanced Materials (2篇)、Nano Letters (2篇)、ACS Nano  (1篇)、Natl. Sci. Rev. (1篇)、Sci. Bull. (2篇)和Advanced Science (1篇)等,引用总次数超过5500次。获得授权发明专利8件。作为负责人先后获得自然科学基金委重大项目课题、重点项目、科技部重点研发计划课题以及中科院战略先导科技专项(B类)项目支持;并作为子课题负责人、课题骨干参加了国家重大科研仪器研制专项、国家”973”计划等多个课题,总获资助经费超过6000万元。目前担任中国物理学会四刊联合青年编委,SPRINGER-NATURE出版社Commnications Materials期刊编委;先后获得全国百篇优秀博士学位论文奖(2011年)、中国科学院卢嘉锡青年人才奖(2013年)、中国科学院青年创新促进会优秀会员(2017年)并获得安徽省自然科学基金杰出青年项目资助(2024)。
