【研究领域】

  1. 自旋电子器件:后摩尔时代,自旋电子器件有望突破传统电荷器件的瓶颈,实现低功耗、高速的存储和运算。面向这一目标,我们致力于开发高效写入的自旋存储、逻辑以及存算一体器件。

  2. 自旋光子器件:磁性材料具有亚纳秒的超快响应速度,我们利用这一点开发具有超高速可编程特性的光子器件。

  3. 磁性材料与物理:磁性材料与物理是自旋电子学的基础,我们开展磁性材料制备表征、磁输运理论与实验、磁结构与调控、磁动力学与自旋波等方面的研究,为器件开发提供基础支撑。
