Position Details
1. PhD Candidates
Requirements:
a. Outstanding academic performance in Bachelor’s and Master’s studies; background in synthetic chemistry, materials physics, or related fields with strong research achievements (experience in metal mechanics or chemo-mechanical coupling preferred).
b. Passion for research, diligence, and high academic self-expectations.
c. Strong communication skills, physical/mental health.
d. Meet the PhD admission criteria of the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC).
2. Postdoctoral Researchers/Specially Appointed Associate Researchers
Requirements:
a. PhD in Materials Science, Chemistry, or related fields (under 35 years old; degree completed or near completion, with graduation within the past three years).
b. Independent research capability, rigorous academic ethics, teamwork spirit, and passion for research.
c. Willingness to apply for postdoctoral grants and national/provincial-level research projects.
d. Strong English/Chinese writing and oral communication skills; ≥3 high-quality publications in solid-state battery research.
e. Full-time commitment to postdoctoral research.
f. Good health, integrity, and no criminal/credit violations.
