李鹏，男，博士，特任研究员，博士生导师。2017年在英国谢菲尔德大学（University of Sheffield）获得博士学位，2017年初至2021年初先后在英国谢菲尔德大学、法国科研院菲涅尔研究所以及欧洲同步辐射光源做博士后研究，2021年初到2024年初在英国钻石同步辐射光源I13-1线站上任职线站科学家，2024年3月入职中国科学技术大学国家同步辐射实验室，目前在合肥光源建设散射支线成像束线站，并承担了合肥先进光源“中能显微谱学成像线站”的建设任务。主要从事的研究方向是同步辐射相干衍射成像技术发展和应用，具体发展的成像技术包括：CDI（单次测量相干衍射成像）、ptychography（扫描相干衍射成像）、Bragg CDI（晶体相干衍射成像）、Bragg ptychography（晶体扫描相干衍射成像）、ptychographic tomography（三维断层扫描相干衍射成像）。具体的应用涉及：掩膜和晶圆检测、光学元件及波前检测、生物组织成像、储能材料结构成像、半导体芯片高分辨三维结构成像及结构材料和催化材料的微应力成像等。
