Patent description:本发明涉及一种全固态电池的制备方法,包括如下步骤:提供全固态电解质层和由金属的硫化物、氟化物、或氧化物构成的转化反应材料;在全固态电解质层的至少一个外表面上施加至少一种转化反应材料使其与全固态电解质层复合形成至少一层包覆层,该包覆层的厚度为0.1μm~2μm;将锂负极施加到包覆层上使其与包覆层发生反应形成固态电解质界面膜。本发明还提供一种由上述的制备方法得到的全固态电池。根据本发明的全固态电池的制备方法,工艺简单,可以大批量规模化生产,有利于全固态电池的产业化应用。由此得到的全固态电池由于降低了界面电阻并抑制了枝晶的形成而能够防止电池的短路,提高了电池的安全性能。
