Mainly engaged in the experimental and simulation research of the advanced operation mode of magnetic confinement thermonuclear fusion, and the application and development of the magnetic fluid and turbulence numerical simulation program BOUT++. 

Presided over and participated in two National Magnetic Confinement Fusion Program of China, two National Natural Science Foundation of China, and one Collaborative Innovation Program of Hefei Science Center. Total funds over 9 million CNY (~1.3million USD).

Served as a associate researcher in the Institute of Plasma Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (ASIPP) for five years (2013-2018)

Served as visiting scholar in Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory (PPPL) and General Atomic (GA) in the United States for two years (2014-2016)

Participated the experiments and simulations in the famous Tokamak devices in China and abroad: EAST, C-Mod, DIII-D and NSTX-U in the United States.

Published 52 papers in SCI (14 as the 1st author and Corresponding Author).

Received one conference report and seven invited talks in the past five years.
