李煜，中国科学技术大学特任副研究员、安徽省高层次人才，安徽省优秀毕业生，中科大优秀毕业生，长期从事脑机接口，医学影像方向研究。研究成果已在IEEE JBHI、IEEE TCDS、IEEE TBME等国际权威期刊和会议上发表论文二十余篇，并担任IEEE JBHI等期刊审稿人。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目、科技部国家科技重大专项子课题，参与多项国家重点研发项目。
