本课题组长期专注于代谢酶的研究,发展了化学生物学、细胞生物学和结构生物学交叉的原创性研究方法,围绕Sirtuins家族开展了深入系统的功能研究。已经鉴定出SIRT6、SIRT2和SIRT3分别为去长、中、短链脂肪酸修饰的去酰化酶,并发现由SIRT5调控的琥珀酰化修饰的阅读器。系列工作以通讯作者发表在J. Am. Chem. Soc.(2016)上,以第一/共第一作者发表在Nature(2013)、PNAS(2018)、Cell Chem Biol(2017)、eLife(2014)等国际期刊上。
