研究方向:

1. 超高精度X射线反射镜面形检测。

研究X射线反射镜面形在全频段范围内的超高精度测量技术,研制长程面形仪(LTP)、拼接干涉仪、白光轮廓仪拼接系统等设备,实现大曲率非球面X射线反射镜的亚纳米级精度面形测量。


2. X射线主动光学。

研究基于光栅的X射线反射镜在线测量技术,发展波前误差的重建和迭代校正模型,以此为指导主动X射线光学器件的控制,实现快速精准的自适应调控与衍射极限聚焦。


3. X射线光学元件。

研究X射线旋转椭球聚焦镜,X射线反射镜加工技术;新型衍射、折射透镜设计。
