Patent description:本发明提供了检测染色质开放位点间染色质相互作用的NicE-C方法，其参考了NicE-seq与Hi-C技术，在前期用NicE-seq技术中使用的Nt.CivPH和DNA聚合酶I这两个酶替代Hi-C技术中使用的限制性内切酶进行染色质切割,从而实现对染色质开放位点的切割。后续参考Hi-C技术等在末端补平(不需在此处加入生物素标记)，加dA尾后通过生物素标记的桥接头连接来实现对染色质相互作用的捕获。本发明具有样品起始细胞量少，操作简便，信号富集效果好，分辨率高等特点。
