1)单粒子计数用于特异性识别与疾病相关的外泌体;
2) 创新分离技术以辅助通过分子组学研究来发现新的疾病预测与监控的途径;
3)研究纳米-生物界面,深入了解纳米生物冠的形成及其对纳米材料毒性的调控机理;
4)研究分子间相互作用,指导设计主客体传感阵列,并运用机器学习的手段,准确辨别生物大分子细微的结构变化,从而加深对其结构与功能间相互关系的理解。
5)发展体外检测技术以实现对靶标分子的高通量快速分辨;
