中科大天体生物学研究团队主要围绕水循环驱动的营养元素循环,针对地球(冥古宙至今)及潜在地外宜居星体(火星、冰卫星及系外行星),采用样品/数据分析+理论计算+实验模拟+环境类比等综合性研究手段,开展行星多圈层相互作用下的宜居性演化研究,重点关注以下方向:
1. 地球营养元素循环演化;
2. 地球生命起源及早期演化过程;
3. 早期火星及冰卫星海洋宜居性和潜在生命信号探寻。
