覃愿，特任教授，博士生导师，国家海外高层次青年人才。长期致力于 (超)宽禁带半导体功率与光电子材料、器件与集成技术研究。主要包括相关材料的生长与表征、器件设计与物理机制、器件微纳加工与制造、电路测试与可靠性表征，以及大规模器件集成与系统研究。近年来在Nature Communications、Advanced Materials、Acs Photonics、IEEE EDL/T-ED，以及微电子器件领域顶级会议VLSI/IEDM/ISPSD等国际权威期刊和会议发表论文60余篇。其中连续五年被微电子器件顶会VLSI/IEDM/ISPSD接收论文6篇，其中一篇被选为功率/射频单元年度亮点文章，4篇第一作者论文入选ESI高被引论文，2篇第一作者论文入选期刊封面。研究工作8次被Semiconductor Today/Compound Semiconductor等杂志专题报道。授权中国发明专利4项，受理美国发明专利1项。
