The laboratory is recruiting special associate researchers and postdoctoral fellows with backgrounds in photoresist and lithography technology, polymer chemistry, polymer physics, structural characterization methods, organic synthesis, metal complexes, material chemistry, photochemistry, nanomaterials, and optics. Students with the above backgrounds are also welcome to pursue a successive master-doctor program or doctoral degree in the laboratory. The treatment of postdoctoral fellows and special associate researchers shall follow the standards of the University of Science and Technology of China, and performance rewards will be provided.
