Name of Research Group:: Interdisciplinary Medical and Engineering Team for the Prevention and Treatment of PJI

Description of Research Group:: Since 2019, we have collaborated with Prof. Zhu Chen, Director of the Department of Orthopedics at the First Affiliated Hospital of the University of Science and Technology of China (Anhui Provincial Hospital), to form a multidisciplinary medical-engineering team dedicated to the prevention and treatment of periprosthetic joint infections (PJI).

Name of Research Group:: Orthopedic Laboratory

Description of Research Group:: The Orthopaedics Laboratory draws on the resources of the Life Sciences Experimental Centre, the Physical and Chemical Sciences Experimental Centre, the Micro-Nano Research and Manufacturing Centre, and the National Synchrotron Radiation Laboratory at the University of Science and Technology of China, and possesses its own essential research equipment, including a spectral flow cytometer and a small-animal micro-CT scanner.
