研究员,博士生导师,安徽省领军人才特聘教授。2001 年在中国科技大学物理系获得学士学位,2006 年在中国科技大学国家同步辐射实验室获得博士学位。2006 年7 月至2007 年5 月工作于中科院武汉物理与数学研究所。2007 年6 月至2010 年4 月在新西兰奥克兰大学化学与材料工程系任Research Fellow. 2010 年5 月由“人才引进”进入中国科大国家同步辐射实验室,历任副研究员和研究员,2016年曾赴法国雷恩大学和意大利核物理研究院(INFN)Frascati国家实验室访问和合作研究。主要从事同步辐射光电子能谱、X 射线衍射和吸收谱学技术的原位方法学研究,同时聚焦氧化物相变薄膜的晶圆级尺寸制备和光电特性的研究以及红外和太赫兹器件应用。结合国家重大需求,拓展了钒氧化物相变材料在激光防护和非制冷红外探测器等国防和军工方面的应用。
近年来以第一/通讯作者在PNAS,Science Advances, Nat. Comm.,JACS,Angewandte, Adv. Mater., Nano letters等期刊发表论文100余篇,应美国科学出版社和Taylor & Francis/CRC 出版社邀请撰写专著各一个章节。主持国家自然科学基金重点项目1项,面上项目3项,授权中国发明专利5项,受邀在国内外学术会议上作邀请报告 20 余次。曾获得包括中科院院长优秀奖和美国真空学会”Shop Note Award”等在内的各种国内外学术奖励,入选中科院青年创新促进会并被评为青促会“优秀会员”。
