Profile

郑基深，教授，博士生导师，国家基金委优秀青年基金获得者。中国科学技术大学生命科学与医学部教授，中国科学技术大学附属第一医院特聘专家。

  主要研究方向是蛋白质化学与合成生物学。包括：基于生物/化学以及人工智能技术，发展生物正交反应新策略，用于离体/在体蛋白质结构修饰及功能重构；基于新型筛选和进化技术，快速获得蛋白药物子和新型正交反应酶等定制功能蛋白质；生物正交反应驱动的抗体和细胞药物开发。近年来以通讯作者在J Am Chem Soc, Angew Chem Int Ed, Chem, Sci Adv, Nat Protoc等期刊发表研究成果40余篇，作为课题负责人获得国家基金委优秀青年基金、基金委重大研究计划培育项目、面上项目和科技部重点研发计划课题等基金资助。
